A new case study with Alvatech Geomembrane. Mine in Central America

SOTRAFA shares a new Case Study about a large project carried out in an iron mine in Central America.

The process required the construction of a tailing dam and a clean water pool, both waterproofed with Geosynthetics. The waterproofing was a huge challenge due to the climatic characteristics of the area, with average rainfall of more than 80mm per day and temperatures above 30º.
